She has refined her coaching and mentorship skills through Yager Training, believes in creating a synergistic relationship with her clients to help them achieve their goals, both personally and professionally.Speed also has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human development.
Drawing on her experience as a long-time non-profit manager and coordinating many fundraising events in her community, Speed is also a social service auditor consultant and fundraising event coordinator and consultant.
In addition, Speed is the CEO of Family Options, a private company serving the Central Valley area which provides individualized care in adult foster family homes as well as training and services for supportive living program for developmentally disabled adults.
She is the Board President for Advancing Independence Inc, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which supports low income families and developmentally disabled adults on their journey towards, or maintaining, independence.
